MCP clients now receive a refresh token after login, so sessions renew instead of failing
Expired API tokens during tool calls return HTTP 401 at the MCP layer so clients can refresh and retry

Deprecation

Mobile Push (APNs/FCM) is no longer delivered — PUSH is dropped from send routing even if it remains on a notification or in the request
Dashboard setup for Mobile Push is removed: settings, channel toggles, templates, and mobile code samples no longer expose the channel
